As Dr. Kalam mentioned above, the best may not be the excellent. The focus of the education system has to be modified from producing more intellectuals who can score 90% in exams or can rank first in class, to individuals who can sacrifice for others, who can forgive and forget who can respect and give respect and ultimately who are enlightened.
This paradigm shift has to begin from home to school, from parent to teacher, then to the child. The true education must be engineered to ensure physical, intellectual, more, emotional, vocational and spiritual development of the individual in an integrated manner.
